Alan Schwartz Alan Schwartz began his career at Price Waterhouse. A CPA, he joined Doyle Dane Bernbach in 1979 as Financial Vice President. In 1981, he joined Bernard Hodes Group as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and eventually assumed the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, having full responsibility for all operational, financial and administrative aspects of the organization. In January 2002, Mr. Schwartz was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, he oversees the operations of the Bernard Hodes Group offices located throughout the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore and China and is the liaison to the company’s affiliate operations around the world. In 2003, Mr. Schwartz was named “one of the top 100 most influential leaders in the HR recruiting industry” by Recruiter.com and Recruiter Magazine. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the HealthCare Chaplaincy and is the Chairman of their Audit Committee. In addition, Mr. Schwartz serves as a member of the National Board of the BNAI ZION Foundation as well as the President of their NY Region. Mr. Schwartz was born in Detroit and grew up in Long Island. He currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and has two grown children. He earned a bachelor's degree from Lehigh University and a MBA from Cornell University.

Joe Fortunato Joe Fortunato began his career at Bernard Hodes Group in 1986 having previous financial experience in Wall Street and the residential/commercial oil and gas industry. He joined the organization as accounting manager and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in January 2002 and to his current position in 2007. In his current position, Mr. Fortunato has full responsibility for all financial areas of the organization, reporting to Omnicom Group, Inc., and for information technology, engineering, and network functions across the country. During his tenure, he has designed several financial reporting systems and has been involved in managing the development of the Bernard Hodes Group Web based internal communications network (AMS), and external client system, Hodes Exchange. Joe also sits on the board of directors of the RAA (Recruitment Advertising Association) since 2004, acting as Treasurer. A native New Yorker, Mr. Fortunato earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Queens College in 1982, and a MBA, finance from Adelphi University in 1986.
