Junior Roles
Account Coordinator, Jr. Account Coordinator, Ad Assistant, Project Assistant
Main Function: Provide tactical support for client initiatives
Reports To: Mid- or senior-level account service person
Primary Responsibilities:
-use customer service skills to ensure client expectations are set and achieved
-use internal/external resources to understand your clients' business, needs, goals, objectives
-support account service teams in order preparation, delivery, confirmation, client billing, report generation, research
Mid-level Roles
Account Executive, Account/Client Service Manager, Strategist
Main Function: Provide both strategic and tactical direction for our clients to help them achieve ROI, satisfaction and retention
Reports To: Senior account service person
Primary Responsibilities:
-draw on customer service skills to ensure client expectations are set and achieved
-use internal/external assessment tools to understand your clients' industry, competition, employment value proposition, needs, goals, hiring processes
-assist in the development of strategies and solutions, including preparing media plans, conducting primary/secondary research on markets and media, negotiating media contracts
-ad production and placement, client billing
-help clients implement measurement systems and analyze results
-guide and mentor junior account service staff
Senior-level Roles
Senior Account Executive, Account Manager/Supervisor, Senior Strategist, Client Service Manager
Main Function: Serve as a strategic ally to our client partners to help them achieve ROI, satisfaction, retention
Reports To: Director of account service or branch manager
Primary Responsibilities:
-draw on customer service skills to ensure client expectations are set and achieved
-use internal/external assessment tools to understand your clients' industry, competition, employment value proposition, needs, goals, hiring processes
-develop strategies and solutions to meet client needs, including preparing media plans, conducting primary/secondary markets and media research, negotiating media contracts
-ensure the successful implementation of strategy components by coordinating and managing the efforts of your Hodes team
-help clients implement measurement systems and analyze results
-hire, lead, direct, train and mentor junior and mid-level account service staff
