Diana’s passion and commitment to Bernard Hodes Group is evident every time I speak with her on the phone. I work with Diana directly every month. She listens to me and not only finds the solution, but helps me understand why something is the way it is. Through months of working with Diana she has helped me understand our process, allowing me to become more efficient and accurate.
Diana is almost always the first person to respond to my questions, concerns and suggestions. She takes extra time with me when needed and I never feel rushed. She has always been very professional and calm. She makes me want to do my job better because of her attitude and willingness to make everything perfect. And better yet, we learn from each other. She never makes me feel like she is always right. Instead we work together to find the best solution.
