To me, Jeff exemplifies our core values, and the number of branches he supports magnifies the significance of that accomplishment.
Respect
At a minimum, respect could mean a timely return phone call, but Jeff gives so much more. He's always there, ready to help answer any question or engage in discussion on any project in a timely, professional way.
Service
Jeff expedites every request quickly and flawlessly. He then follows up on what he's done to make sure it meets our original expectations.
Passion
There is no such thing as advanced notice in our business, yet I'm never made to feel he's rushed or under pressure because he's being stretched too thin. He enjoys what he does and it shows. He seems to actually enjoy the interaction and being of service to us.
Results
Jeff has delivered by meeting every deadline with work that is a reflection of our commitment to creativity and quality. He knows what he's doing, and it's never about "him".
There are so many great people in the organization who support the branches, but Jeff stands out with his consistency for excellence, great attitude and high level of service.

I met Jeff pretty much when he had just walked in the door at Hodes. He barely had time to settle in before he had to stand in as our Hodes interactive-knowledge leader at an important client meeting in some far corner of Wisconsin. Looking back on the time we spent together at that meeting and looking at Jeff's present day performance, I see pretty much the same attributes. And they all mirror the Hodes values to perfection.
Respect
At that first client meeting, Jeff exhibited true respect, towards both the client and his peers. Even though he had just joined the company, he knew when it was right to give his recommendations and when it was right for him to listen to his peers and the client. He got us through a difficult meeting that day and immediately gained my respect as a valued colleague. The client would not have guessed Jeff had just joined us from the way he acted.
Integrity
Jeff is always honest and takes pride in his work. When I enter requests for interactive jobs, he gives me a thorough and thoughtful understanding of delivery time. He doesn't over promise and is a true team player.
Service
You can count on Jeff. Whether it's a last minute request, a correction on an existing site or inputting new information, Jeff project manages the work with intelligence and a thoughtful eye to the client. He's very diplomatic and I have never heard him complain or talk in a bad way about any department or individual.
Point of View
The world of interactive remains a mystery to most of us. Jeff is both a good listener and a good teacher. If he is unsure of an answer, he will defer to the best available source and will not be afraid to tell you if you are wrong. And if he does, it will be in a way that never makes you feel inadequate.
Accountability
Jeff will take the heat when the job heats up (which can be often) and will not shy away from not only owning the error, but also making sure it is corrected in the best possible way.
Curiosity
Jeff will often confer with other folks throughout Hodes to determine other ways of handling projects. He always seeks out the most cost-effective, sensible solution.
Results
He's the make-it-happen guy. I know when he is on an assignment, it will get done.
Open Minds
He works with all--creatives, account service, interactive, management and clients--with the same respectful manner and relaxed demeanor.
