I nominate Margie for HodesHonors because she not only inspires me to go above and beyond for my clients, she exhibits an honorable passion for improving recruitment challenges in health care.

I first met Margie at Champ Camp; she was filled with energy and eager to learn how she could assist me with my clients in New Jersey. When she followed that meeting up with an e-mail, I took advantage of her interest, and boy, have I been blown away.

In one of our first conversations, I relayed a challenge I was facing with one of my health care clients. Margie quickly embraced the situation, offering to partner with me to ensure my client's satisfaction. Since then, she has demonstrated a true commitment to the client's needs, providing me with a wealth of information to make sure my strategies were on target (I credit the success of my project to her support).

Margie also acted as a true team player, always checking to see if I needed additional assistance. Her creativity is boundless; she e-mails me constantly with lists of innovative ideas. Margie has taken the time to educate me on the intricacies of health care. She is always there for me, even responding to some of my e-mails at midnight!

Margie also plays a key role in a Phoenix-based organization that inspires children to consider health care professions.

Passion. Results. Service. Accountability. Integrity. Margie is an exceptional example of the Hodes values in action. I'm confident there are other Margie fans in Hodes offices across the country. We are lucky to have her in our organization.

Over the last several months, Margie has shown me the true meaning of what Team Hodes is all about. Not only has Margie been a valuable asset to our branch for many years, she has also recently stepped in to help the new girl in town (after taking over the Seattle branch), me!

Margie was always there with open arms to support me personally and professionally--and both were equally important to me. Whether it was a funny card to keep me going through the crazy stress that was facing me that day, or the strategic leadership and guidance I needed to once again learn the nuances of the health care business, she was there for me. She added another layer of expertise and experience for my clients, and we were able to provide strategic solutions to meet their needs without missing a beat.

Additionally, she has played a huge role in partnering with me on the career development and mentoring of my junior account staff. I have to say, without Margie's helping hand, her warm heart and ever present passion for this business, I couldn't have made it through the last few months.
