He will examine the roots of goal-alignment, show real-world examples of successful metrics, and discuss the “human variables” that stop managers from making the decisions they should. - June 30 – The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference and Exposition in New Orleans, LA (June 28 – July 1) “Making Metrics Matter: Tips on Creating Relevant Talent Measurements”. Shapiro will provide practical tips to design and deliver actionable metrics that expose hidden workforce trends, suggest new actions based on data, and ultimately link HR metrics to strategic business objectives.
