Bradley Savoy is the Director of Strategic Development with Bernard Hodes Group. He oversees the Consulting and QTrac practices and consults with senior Human Resources and Staffing executives on strategic optimization of their human capital strategies and practices.
Bradley brings more than 14 years of Human Resources and Staffing leadership to Bernard Hodes Group. Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, Savoy held a variety of leadership positions in Human Resources and Staffing with world-class companies, including Client Executive at Taleo, Vice President of Staffing and Staffing Practices at Bank of America, Director of Recruiting at Andersen, and Human Resources and Staffing Manager at Primix Solutions. Bradley brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources and Staffing leadership, organizational strategy and design, change management, M&A experience, and technology as well as a deep back ground in applying Six Sigma to staffing.
