BIO
In 2006, Carol Barber joined the ranks of top management with her promotion to Executive Vice President. She began her career in recruitment marketing in 1978 and joined Bernard Hodes Group in 1983. At that time, she was responsible for managing Hodes’ Atlanta office and was instrumental in building the Agency’s presence throughout the South, including the opening of an office in Raleigh, North Carolina. At the time of her promotion to regional vice president, she assumed responsibility for Hodes’ Miami/Fort Lauderdale office and expanded the Agency’s presence in Florida by helping to open offices in Tampa and Orlando.
Along with strategic-level involvement with some of the Hodes’ key accounts, such as American Express, Burger King, HCA Healthcare and Prudential Financial, Ms. Barber provides employee training and development support to
offices throughout the Hodes network in the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Barber’s career has encompassed all facets of recruitment marketing and staffing solutions, including client service, new business, creative development and management, in support of a wide range of client industries. She developed the concepts for Hodes’ Diversity Services and Human Resources Public Relations practice lines and is responsible for managing both practices in addition to the Health Care Division.
