BIO
Kate’s expertise comes from over a decade in HR/Recruitment and twenty plus years of experience as a hospital-based RN. Within nursing, she held many staff and managerial positions, including three years as a flight nurse. For seven years, Kate also served as a Board member of the National Association for Health Care Recruitment. She is a national speaker and writer/contributor of numerous articles on recruitment and retention. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Kate is serving her second two-year term on the Research, Nursing Workforce and Advisory Committees of the North Carolina Center for Nursing. Kate has been with Bernard Hodes Group for seven years.
