Junior Roles

Account Coordinator, Jr. Account Coordinator, Ad Assistant, Project Assistant

Main Function:Provide tactical support for client initiatives

Reports To: Mid- or senior-level account service person

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Use customer service skills to ensure client expectations are set and achieved
  • Use internal/external resources to understand your clients' business, needs, goals, objectives
  • Support account service teams in order preparation, delivery, confirmation, client billing, report generation, research

 

Mid-level Roles

Account Executive, Account/Client Service Manager, Strategist

Main Function:Provide both strategic and tactical direction for our clients to help them achieve ROI, satisfaction and retention

Reports To: Senior-level account service person

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draw on customer service skills to ensure client expectations are set and achieved
  • Use internal/external assessment tools to understand your clients' industry, competition, employment value proposition, needs, goals, hiring processes
  • Assist in the development of strategies and solutions, including preparing media plans, conducting primary/secondary research on markets and media, negotiating media contracts
  • Ad production and placement, client billing
  • Help clients implement measurement systems and analyze results
  • Guide and mentor junior account service staff

 

Senior-level Roles

Senior Account Executive, Account Manager/Supervisor, Senior Strategist, Client Service Manager

Main Function:Serve as a strategic ally to our client partners to help them achieve ROI, satisfaction, retention

Reports To: Director of Account Service or Branch Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draw on customer service skills to ensure client expectations are set and achieved
  • Use internal/external assessment tools to understand your clients' industry, competition, employment value proposition, needs, goals, hiring processes
  • Develop strategies and solutions to meet client needs, including preparing media plans, conducting primary/secondary markets and media research, negotiating media contracts
  • Ensure the successful implementation of strategy components by coordinating and managing the efforts of your Hodes team
  • Help clients implement measurement systems and analyze results
  • Hire, lead, direct, train and mentor junior and mid-level account service staff
