recruitment and looks ahead to 2008
The Hodes Global Network met in New York for the 2007 Global Matters Conference this September. The annual meeting attended by Hodes partners from around the world focuses on leveraging the collective talent and knowledge of the worldwide network to provide clients with world-class global services. For 2007, discussion focused on future international recruitment opportunities for Hodes clients, global best practices, and the search for global talent.

This year, the Global Network was honored to have Paul Lewis of The Economist present recent research on the talent challenges facing emerging markets. Also on hand was The Netherlands' Onno Gout, who presented the award-winning interactive campaign for Rabobank.
