Overview
The Hodes Health Care team continues traveling around the country, most recently stopping in Boston for the 32nd Annual NAHCR Conference. Senior Vice President Sandy Haeberle hosted a general session on the process of recruitment on Friday, July 14th and a reception afterwards.
The session focused on developing strategies and measurable objectives that complement a seamless hiring process. From the time the position is posted to the moment that it is filled, the process is how you communicate with the candidate. Attendees learned about common obstacles, approaches that work, and innovative best practices, all with the goal of creating a world-class recruitment program.
