Hodes Health Care exhibits annually at the Society of Health Care Strategy and Marketing Development (SHSMD) Conference. This year Hodes presented on the value of a strong partnership between an agency, marketing and HR. Attendees were able to take away concrete steps to help remedy current marketing and HR misconceptions and tactics for moving forward
Stephen Mitchell, VP, Bernard Hodes Group and Laurie Brucks, Marketing Business Partner, Washoe Medical Center co-presented "Marketing and HR: A Partnership for Success. How Marketing and HR Can and Must Work Together to Successfully Enhance Your Brand and Manage the Very Real Staffing Crisis in Healthcare," at a concurrent session on Thursday, September 7 from 10:30am-12:00pm.
Using research data, statistics, and metrics, attendees were able to explore the specifics of employer branding, strategic planning, and market development and see why the melding of marketing and human resource branding initiatives is absolutely essential. The Washoe Case study clearly illustrated how a collaborative 360-degree approach by the marketing and HR team achieves better business results.
