During the mid-to-late 1990s, the recruiting and staffing function moved from the back office to center stage. Barry Siegel has been in the recruitment field since 1970, and has been with Bernard Hodes Group since 1971. After holding virtually every account service, creative and management position within the organization, and founding the company, Recruitment Enhancement Services, he was promoted in January, 2002, to President, Interactive and Staffing Solutions.
