About the Author

Barry Siegel has been in the recruitment field since 1970, and has been with Bernard Hodes Group since 1971. After holding virtually every account service, creative and management position within the organization, and founding the company, Recruitment Enhancement Services, he was promoted in January, 2002, to President, Interactive and Staffing Solutions.
