Web Development - although we can help with any web development project--from a simple landing page to a 200-page careers site--most of our projects involve corporate career sites, landing pages, microsites, diversity sites, employee referral sites and alumni sites.
Online Employee Referral Program (ERP) - works with your existing ERP. On the front-end, content includes rules and regulations, nomination/referral forms, a description of the prizes, as well as a separate section for HR and manager information. On the back-end, Hodes helps with resume submission by integrating with your existing ATS, creating an online application form or using the Hodes iQ employee referral module.
Customizable Recruiter Home Pages - a simple online form recruiters can use to create and send a customized version of the careers website as an HTML e-mail to a candidate they want to pursue. These e-mails can include a photo of the recruiter, his/her e-mail address, and a link to the company careers site.
E-card System - these customized, graphical HTML e-mail messages can be used as an initial contact or a way to keep potential candidates interested and informed. They are great for online employee referral programs, follow-up events, and refer-a-friend messages.
Event Databases - through our Web-based administrative module, which can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection, you can add, edit and delete events on your own and even create pop-up windows with descriptions of each event.
Relationship Marketing Databases - with this application, visitors to a careers site can subscribe to an e-mail mailing list through an online form, and recruiters can then use this information to send targeted messages to these potential candidates.
Virtual Career Event Systems - this system allows you to create and manage a unique online recruiting event, complete with landing page or micro site, online scheduler and chat application.
Screening and Scheduling System - an exceptional tool for screening and scheduling candidates for rapid, large-scale hiring initiatives or positions that require a regular flow of new candidates. This system includes a landing page or microsite, online screening questionnaire and interview scheduling application.
