Research

It's better to know than to guess

When building an employer brand or running a recruitment campaign, it helps to get the lay of the land first. You've got to know where you stand before you strategize where you want to go. And how do you do that? With research, of course.

Research is an important tool in any recruitment and retention plan. Internally, it tells you what your employees think, and what makes them leave or stay. Externally, it helps you get a feel for how you're perceived in the marketplace. It also helps you gather an accurate picture of the talent you most covet--what they like, their job search criteria, their media habits, and what they think about your company.

The tools of the trade
At Hodes, we've got many research tools to help you find whatever information you're looking for quickly and easily. With Hodes Research Online, you get primary research designed specifically for the HR industry. Our web-based surveys are easy to implement and customize, and can be used for both employees and potential candidates.

In addition, we offer Hodes Focus+, an online survey plus a focus group, Hodes Spot Metrics, which captures and benchmarks basic operating metrics via a systematic rating system, and secondary research reports through our information center.
