We’re a Global (award-winning) Employer Branding agency that tackles all kinds of creative and strategic challenges for our clients, so we need a Project Manager with experience delivering everything from integrated creative campaigns and websites, to social media projects and bespoke experiential projects. Working alongside the agency’s other Project Managers in the Client Service team and Creative and Social & Content departments, you’ll be assigned a range of projects to manage simultaneously.
A born multitasker, you’ll tackle every challenge with a smile and use your negotiation and influencing skills to liaise and build trust with colleagues, clients and suppliers. Day in, day out, you’ll use and build your knowledge of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing to cost, develop timelines and manage your projects using recognised project management software tools. Your well-developed verbal and written communication skills, together with your experience managing, often senior, client relationships, will see you confidently navigate the ever-evolving projects you manage – always keeping an eye on the detail.
From time to time, we’ll call on your working knowledge of print and production techniques and your ability to build relationships with old and new suppliers to deliver a range of collateral – sometimes working with Client Services, sometimes with Creative, but always keeping brand in mind.
Finances are obviously a big part of any project management role, so you’ll be expected to deliver on profitability objectives, always aiming to maximise the resources available. With your head for numbers and organisation, we’ll also ask you to produce forecasts for your projects and come up with improvements to our existing products, services and systems where appropriate.
