Lizzie ensures we always deliver insightful, integrated engagement campaigns that aren’t just aligned with internal HR practices, but that also improve key business results and deliver on brand promise.Before joining us here at Hodes, Lizzie ran the employee engagement practice for Ogilvy in EMEA. This included launching a revolutionary new brand for Merck (for no less than 55,000 global employees), creating an employer brand for London-based law firm Reed Smith LLP and creating a campaign to educate and engage employees on the Bakers brand for Purina Nestle.

Lizzie has worked in employer reputation and employee engagement for over a decade and has successfully delivered projects for the likes of Shell, HSBC, AstraZeneca, O2, Grant Thornton, American Express, Siemens, Beko, and BP.
