An upbeat and energetic key member of a thriving, award-winning team, Natasha has 17 years HR operational experience, as well as in depth knowledge of employment law, TUPE and performance-driven culture development. She has a varied role within the business, building relationships and communicating at all levels, up to and including the company CEO. Natasha prides herself on her excellent planning and organising skills, the ability to influence across the business, and her ability to make well informed, timely decisions.
Natasha’s key areas of focus are in providing a sounding board for the MD, and supporting the decision making process. She also organises and manages the Company’s communication plan, as well as managing our full employee lifecycle, to ensure we recruit, develop and retain the very best talent. Natasha is also fully accountable for our facilities function, making sure the office is efficiently managed, so that our team have the tools to deliver on every task for our clients.
