Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the Employer Brand & Employer Marketing sector. Most recently he was responsible for the reinvention and rebuilding of Hodes in Europe to be the highly respected, award winning creative & brand agency it is today. Having led the European agency and its vision, been the senior client sponsor for the entire portfolio, and often taken a strategic lead for many client projects, he now leads the European arm of Symphony Talent, responsible for all clients and activity across Europe. He is also leads the global creative & brand offering through the Hodes brand under Symphony Talent. This move see’s the same unique focus on developing convention challenging creativity and approach to Employer Branding, being delivered globally across Symphony Talent’s portfolio of clients as well as to the Hodes portfolio.

Simon has worked with some fantastic brands over the years (and bagged quite a few awards along the way) across multiple sectors including Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, Aviation and Transport, Pharmaceuticals and Technology. Clients have included; Visa Inc, Moody’s, Staples, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Dixons Carphone, Amplifon, The Body Shop, Unilever, Benoy, British Airways, Aviva, and National Express, to name just a few. Simon’s strategic work has been valued across the complete employee lifecycle, having delivered numerous global and regional employer brand projects, EVP developments, internal communications, digital projects (including global career websites and social media & content strategies), change management initiatives, and a raft of specific talent attraction campaigns.
